Should you not be available at the time of your appointment please reach out to our office to cancel your appointment. For any missed or no show appointments you will be charged a fee of $75.00.
If you are a new patient to our office, please visit our patient forms page to download our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be completed before you arrive at our office.
Printing, completing, and bringing the forms with you to your appointment, will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival.

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office If your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
We accept PPO Insurances and Maryland Healthy Smiles Medicaid for Children under 21 and Pregnant women.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
